How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart in the shop and go to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to see your order history. We contact you to confirm the order.
Where do you deliver?
Across Qatar, in refrigerated freezer vehicles: Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Shamal and Al Shahaniya. See delivery information.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free.
When will my order arrive?
You can choose a delivery time at checkout: morning (6 AM to 12 PM) or evening (6 PM to 9 PM). Our team confirms the delivery time with you after you order.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery. Contact us for corporate or bulk-order terms.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Enter your order number on the track your order page, or log in to your account to see every order and its status.
Do you supply wholesale and catering orders?

Where does your produce come from?
We import from the Netherlands, South Africa, Australia, the USA, Iran, India, Thailand and other countries, alongside produce from local farms in Qatar.
How do you keep the produce fresh?
Every consignment is inspected on arrival, then stored in our fully air-conditioned warehouse with large-scale chillers, and delivered in refrigerated vehicles. See our facility.
Are you certified?
Yes. We are ISO 22000 and HACCP certified for food safety. See our certificates on the About us page.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Our returns and refund policy explains what we can do.
